To protect the cloud applications of Singaporean customers from threats, Oracle is scaling up its inbuilt protection capabilities and services of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. OCI’s existing security system will receive 5 new features such as a new inbuilt and a native cloud firewall enhancement and service to Oracle security Zones and Oracle Cloud Guard.
This would allow customers from Singapore to protect their data on the cloud and applications using integrated, prescriptive, and simple services without further costs.
Complete protection from both the outside and inside of the firewall is required as the breaches may happen anywhere at any time. Furthermore, more and more companies are transferring important work to the cloud, requiring better protection.
Most of the threats that occur from inside are due to the fault of the customers. To overcome this, customers including administrators and users must be familiar with the functioning and operating of the cloud security service system.
