Microsoft Aims For Better Connectivity On SAP And Oracle Platforms- Acquires Clear Software

The world leader Microsoft has acquired Clear Software- a technology solutions company known for providing the best business products and integration-related services. Microsoft cracked the deal on October 22, 2021, but the acquisition price was not disclosed by the company officials.

Microsoft believes that Clear software has an edge over backend systems and its application programming interface will help strike the perfect balance between the Power platform and other outside systems.

The USP of Clear Software products is that they have around 100 pre-built abstractions for Oracle and SAP which can easily be customized according to different business needs. Microsoft Power platform comprises low code and no code tools specially designed for “citizen developers” i.e non-professional programmers. These tools include Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

The sole motive of Microsoft is to make it comfortable for its customers to easily integrate with different types of programs while developing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform according to the blog announcement by Stephen Siciliano- General Manager of Power Automate.

With the help of Clear Software integrations, Microsoft plans to offer a seamless experience in using Power automate and Power Apps to develop business applications and automation over-complicated systems such as Oracle and SAP, said Siciliano.

Further details regarding the incorporation of Clear Software’s technology in Microsoft’s line-up will be revealed in the future, Microsoft officials commented.

Clear Software is based in Indiana and was founded by consultants formerly working at Deloitte and Accenture who were experts in ERP implementation.
