Yolk Recruitment Ltd is set to reward every member of its staff to a four-day all-expenses paid vacation to Tenerife in April.
In a LinkedIn post, the business stated that “Yolk Folk” are on their way to Tenerife and that covers everyone, not simply the top billers or those that contributed to their unprecedented 2021 achievements.
According to the Cardiff-based firm, they will cover the costs of over 50 recruiters from the company’s eight countries, their back-office support staff, and new employees in January and February.
Yolk explained that their goal is to create a culture in which everyone wins. This implies that no one will be left behind on the all-inclusive corporate vacation.
They added that they may be among the first Cardiff-based organisations to implement such a company-wide policy of an all expense paid employee vacation which is made possible because they always strive to be better in everything they engage in, internally and externally.
According to BBC, the company will spend more than £100,000 on the four-day trip, which is slated for April.
According to Pavan Arora, the company’s chief commercial officer, this is a way for the company to say thank you to employees after the industry experienced a difficult year in 2020.
Arora expressed that 2020 was a tremendously difficult period for the entire business; they transitioned from the employment market being put at a standstill to going into overdrive.
Yolks crew has gone on a journey, from working remotely to hybrid then back to remote. Arora said that they simply wanted to wrap their arms around everybody and thank them for the previous two years.
